Rachelle M. Norberg
Rachelle is a licensed abstracter, attorney, and real estate broker who can assist you with all your title needs, purchase to closing, in South Dakota and Nebraska. Rachelle is a member of the American Land Title Association and the South Dakota Land Title Association.
Pamela Dummer
Pam began working at Gregory County Title Company in 2021 and is the Company's record searcher for title searches, commitments, and final policies.
Kiley Klein
Kiley began working at Gregory County Title Company in 1998 and prepares the Company's title quotes, commitments, and final policies.
Mary Stevicks
Mary began working at Gregory County Title Company in 1995 and works with area lenders preparing closing disclosures and documents, as well as managing our construction disbursements.
